As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Williams oversees the corporate management and strategic direction of the Company. With more than two decades of experience in the IT Infrastructure and Systems, Mr. Williams brings a wealth of experience to Unatek, Inc.

Prior to assuming the position of President, Mr. Williams held positions with ATW Services as President, Creative Solutions Group as President, Philip Morris as a Line Supervisor, City of Baltimore as a Research Specialist, IBM Corporation as a Systems Engineer and Sales Representative, Aligned Development Strategies as a Project/ Business Development Manager.

During his career, Mr. Williams has gained experiences in the areas of Business Analysis, Project Management, Teaching, Personnel Management, Sales Coaching and field sales. Mr. Williams also brings sound knowledge of P&L, Marketing Strategies, and Business Management.

Mr. Williams career includes consulting experience in both the Federal Government and Private sectors. At HUD, Mr. Williams was the Consulting Manager of the consulting team that developed the highly successful Department of Housing and Urban Development Electronic Document Interchange (EDI) Initiative. Mr. Williams has also helped several firms in the Legal, Manufacturing, Finance, Construction, and Transportation Industries realize major process improvements and operational cost reductions.

Mr. Williams received his MBA degree in Business Management from Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland; a BS degree in Business Management from the University of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland

Dr. Charles Iheagwara is the Director of Cyber Security Practice of Unatek, Inc. a US government Information Technology contractor located in Largo, Maryland.

As Director of Cyber Security Practice, he is responsible for leading corporate Cyber security practice delivery to clients in government and private enterprise as well as marketing and business development efforts associated with expanding the practice.

Prior to assuming his current position, he was the Chief Technology Officer responsible for the company’s enterprise technology roadmap, development programs as well as consulting engagements for corporate clients. He led business development efforts with several notable successes including the elevation of the company as a US government prime contractor from its previous obscure subcontractor status and the expansion of corporate consulting services and workforce. He also led corporate relations development initiatives that resulted into the formation of strategic alliances and partnerships with several leading technology companies. Previous employment include stints at KPMG, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), DC Government, Lockheed Martin, Aligned Development Strategies, Inc. (ADSI) and Edgar online, Inc.

As an independent consultant at KPMG, he was responsible for the execution of risk advisory projects at Reagan National and Dulles International Airports. Working as a consultant at OCTO under Unatek contract, he was responsible for the management of the District of Columbia Computer Emergency Response Team and computer forensics investigation. At Lockheed Martin, he was the lead consultant for the Enterprise Information Systems next generation intrusion detection systems re-engineering project, as director of IT security services at ADSI, he managed the INFOSEC program of the District of Columbia HIPAA privacy project for the TCBA - ADSI - Bearing Point contractor group, and as a systems security administrator at Edgar online worked on corporate and NASDAQ Online Web services /Internet portal IT security programs. He held adjunct professorial positions at several public and private Universities in the Washington, DC metro area between 2002 and 2007 and has published more than forty (40) papers in refereed international technical and scientific journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Iheagwara studied Management and Engineering from the MIT Sloan School of Management and School Engineering and received a Master of Science (SM) degree in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also attended Harvard Business School where he completed several MBA courses in satisfaction of the MIT degree requirements. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, UK, a Master of Science degree in Minerals Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, a Certificate in Environmental Management from George Washington University, and Bachelor/Master of Science degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the National University of Science and Technology, Moscow, Russia. He also attended the Moscow Automobile and Civil Institute, Moscow, Russia, where he completed Preliminary Engineering and Russian Language studies.

A Licensed Professional Engineer and an internationally known technology researcher whose work is widely quoted, Dr. Iheagwara is a sought after speaker at several industry conferences, the recipient of the 2007 Maryland-India Business Roundtable’s “Business Innovator of the Year” Award and is a member of the Microsoft IT Advisory Council. Recently, he was invited and testified before the US Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship on the "Role of Small Businesses in Strengthening Cyber Security Efforts in the US." He has been covered on US and international print and television media on issues bordering on global Cyber security.

Mitchell Wu is Chief Technology Officer of Unatek, Inc. a US government Information Technology contractor located in Largo, Maryland. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the company’s enterprise technology roadmap, development programs as well as consulting engagements for corporate clients.

Prior to assuming the position of CTO, he has been a senior consultant at OASAM, and SME (Subject Matter Expert) at OWCP of Department of Labor since October 2002. Previous employments include senior engineering positions at Celera Genomics, Lockheed Martin, MCI and IBM.

As a consultant/SME at Department of Labor, he was responsible for customizing various software packages for enterprise-wise mass installation, such as IBM DB2 9.5 Data Server Runtime Client, JRE 1.6 Runtime and etc. He was also responsible for leading infra-structure building projects, such as Single Sign-On using Active Directory and XML Web Service technology; NIST 800-53 AU-3 information security audit for web-based applications and technical leads of many intranet/internet web-based applications using HTTS protocol. He was also the lead technical support for various security compliance documentations of major systems.

Mr. Wu graduated a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from John Hopkins University, a Master of Science degree in Information System from the University of Maryland and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Taiwan National University.

In her role as Unatek’s Director of Marketing & Business Development, Ms. Alston oversees corporate marketing activities and charts a road map for business development activities.

Ms. Alston has a demonstrated ability to position products and services for growth, and is well versed in complex marketing, finance and project management that enables successful brand strategy development with a focus on profitability. Ms. Alston has a proven track record in strategic positioning, creative conceptualization, leadership and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ms. Alston founded the award winning Washington, DC -based ALSTON Marketing Group that specializes in contemporary boutique marketing and communications, advertising and market research consultancy.

Previous employment includes stints at AOL (division of AOL TIME WARNER) Dulles, VA where she managed the strategic relationship of several high level national accounts; VIPdesk.com Inc., Alexandria, VA where she managed two national accounts (Citibank and Diners Club) with an annual contract value of $5,000,000; MBNA America Bank, Hunt Valley, MD where she managed a team of thirty-five marketing representatives and two assistant managers and JP Morgan Chase Newark, DE where she was the Operations Specialist for Corporate Actions.

Ms. Alston who earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Howard University, Washington, DC is well traveled and has presented at several local and national conferences.
